5 Ways to Heal and Transform Your Life

THE BUTTERFLY EXPERIMENT - HOW TO HEAL AND TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE

Guest Blog Annette Wasden

BREAKING OUT OF THE COCOON

"I thought I was broken and needed fixing. NOT TRUE! I was hurting and needed healing. A completely different concept."

With my personal story along with my book/workbook, you'll learn about different types of trauma, find practical assessments and discover how traumatic experiences can affect all aspects of your life: your relationships choices, the roles you play in them, your sense of pleasure and desire, and how you approach your career, spirituality, and interactions with others.

Using the combination of mind-body interventions, cognitive-behavioral theories, and exercises woven into each layer of your cocoon, you'll begin to address the unresolved trauma held in your body and advance your healing process.

SPREAD YOUR WINGS AND FLY

My deepest desire is that my story will help, encourage and educate those who suffer from mental illness issues and are striving to overcome them.

HERE’S HOW I CAN HELP:

I help you explore:

1.) What is My Purpose? Finding purpose in 'why' you want to recover and heal.

2.) Can I choose to Live a Life with No Regrets? "Everybody has gone through something that has changed them, so they could never return to the person they once were."

3.) Because of "Who, What, Where, and Why," is it possible to NOT fail? HECK YES!!! And we can work through this together - YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

4.) Is it truly possible to "Faith it Till You Make It? YES!

"Faith it till you make it" means to apply your faith to your dream or goal. Even if you don't like believing, you still think! Faith is an action, you take action or you don’t.

5.) What comes first? BABY Steps into Recovery! "When life gets complicated, remember this...You are transforming. Things will only get better from here."

So, if you are ready to move beyond the trauma that's been holding you back in your relations, work, and spiritual life, I would love to be a "cheerleader" in showing you how to "Spread Your Wings and Fly."
